When browsing for a video on perfect red lips, I thought this girl did a great tutorial…that is if you can get passed the fact that she talks like she is in a porno.

I loved how she did the shimmer shadow right above her lips to accentuate them.  That is a great tip! I love matte lips, and the best part about them is they last all day!

Instead of spraying the powder all in our face, try dumping some on out a tissue and using a brush to lightly brush it over your lips.  This will avoid you getting white powder all in your hair.
